DE | Ihr wisst ja, dass mein Freund im März seine eigene Crossfit Box in Utrecht (NL) geöffnet hat, UnScared Crossfit. In einer ehemaligen Fabrikhalle am Rande des City Centers haben Sportfanatiker damit eine neue Crossfit Box bekommen, die von den drei (?) Boxen am nächsten an der Stadt liegt. Ich glaube, daher ist die Box auch schon jetzt so ein erfolg. Ich selbst trainiere dort auch 3 bis 4-mal die Woche, weil Crossfit zwar super anstrengend ist, aber auch einfach Spaß und süchtig macht. Am Sonntag, den 19. April, fand jetzt deren Grand-Opening statt. Hunderte Leute kamen, um die Location auszuchecken, an den verschiedenen Skills-Workshops teilzunehmen (u. a. Squats, Deadlift und Snatches) und um den Abend mit ein paar Drinks ausklingen zu lassen. Ich bin total stolz auf meinen Liebsten und muss euch daher ein paar Fotos zeigen. Ganz besonders, da ich jetzt ja eh auch Fitness auf meinen Blog einbinde und Crossfitter, es mit Sicherheit interessant finden, mal eine andere Box zu sehen.
EN | As you know, my boyfriend opened his own Crossfit box in Utrecht (NL) at the beginning of March, UnScared Crossfit. In a former factory close to the city center, fitness lovers have got a new opportunity to run, lift and do gymnastic. Of all Crossfit boxes in Utrecht it’s actually the closest to the city center, so I believe this is one of the reasons why it has already started to well. I also go training there 3 to 4 times a week since it’s quite hard but also a lot of fun and addictive. I’m really proud of my boyfriend and his business partner/friend who have received so much good feedback about their coaching. On Sunday 19th April they finally had their Grand Opening of the box to which more than 300 people came. A free WOD, brunch, different skills workshops (for instance squat, deadlift and snatch) and a fun evening with drinks – it was a success. Luckily, I took some pictures that I can show you guys.
